What we collect
This service stores your account information and the contacts, notes, interactions, and follow-ups you add.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the service. PostHog provides product analytics, error diagnostics, and session replay so we can understand and improve how the app works. App text, element attributes, and input values are masked before analytics capture.
Google Maps provides address suggestions when you use address autocomplete. You can always enter an address manually instead. Those requests are processed under the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
How we use and share it
We use your data to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Google sign-in is used only to verify your identity and email address.
How long we keep it
Your CRM account data is kept until you delete the account. Operational, security, diagnostic, and backup records may remain for their configured retention periods or as needed to meet legal obligations.
Delete your account
If you can sign in, open Settings and choose Delete account in the Danger zone. You can export your data first. Deletion cannot be undone.
If you can’t sign in, email an account deletion request from the address associated with your account. We’ll verify that the account is yours before completing the request.
Disconnecting Keep in Touch from your Google Account does not delete data stored by Keep in Touch.
